The importance of a professional website

Post by bitheerani319 »

Fact: The Internet is an environment, not a medium. This concept helps us understand that a website is a point of sale, an office, a company headquarters, and not just an advertising piece. For many companies, their website is a branch, for others, their headquarters.

Of course, just having a website does not guarantee that we will achieve our goals. To do this, the first step is to diagnose how the company operates, seeking to understand how commercial transactions take place; what the target audience profile is; what competitive advantages attract this audience and how the balance will be between expected results and the investment in efforts to achieve them.

We call this set of strategies Digital Marketing, which has been gaining buy smart number due to its power to build results, segmenting the reach of campaigns and prospecting customers, through content sharing strategies and interaction on Social Networks.

A TG.Net survey from June 2012 revealed that 74% of Brazilians had gone online in the previous six months to obtain information about products before purchasing them. Furthermore, 68% fully or partially agreed with the statement that “The Internet helps me more than television when deciding which product to buy.” Approximately 7 in 10 Brazilian Internet users (69%) also said that they find information about products on the Internet that they cannot find anywhere else. Having a professional website, therefore, means creating a hub for your online campaigns. Everything must go through it, your records, information, participation in events, promotions, highlights... After all, a behavior that has become common among Brazilian internet users and consumers is to search on the websites of companies for any information related to them. In other words, in the case of a promotion, if it is not described on the company's website, people may think that it does not even exist and that it is just a rumor.

Another strong argument to consider is that, if the entrepreneur does not “personally” like surfing the internet, he may be ignoring the possibility that his customers like it and that his competitors love it even more, due to this choice.
