Generation Z is made up of individuals born between 1995 and 2009. They grew up in an environment where social networks and digital were growing. They are nicknamed the silent generation or Generation C (for Communication, Collaboration, Connection and Creativity).

These 4 Cs reflect what this generation is looking for, whether in education, work or in their consumption. Generation Z wants a culture of instantaneity. They demand more than Generation Y. With this digital universe, they have taken possession of social networks and know their uses just as much as Generation Y.

Through the digital consumption mode, the culture of the instant is really very marked. Almost 90% of this generation does research on the internet in order to make or convince to buy. The instantaneity makes this generation the queen of zap. Fashions and interests come and go very quickly like Pokémon Go.
