Email or instant messaging remains one of the main channels of communication with customers . Therefore, we integrated the ability to communicate with customers via email directly from the mobile CRM. As in the desktop version, all correspondence history will be saved in the file of the customer you communicated with.
NOTE: You can only connect a mailbox in the web version, but this feature will be coming to the mobile app soon. In mobile CRM, you can read, send and forward emails, attach files, and also unlink
emails from CRM and send them to spam.
Important: Only CRM -related emails are telegram usa number displayed in the Bitrix24 mobile app .
Create an email
Open the CRM form > Details or Timeline tab , click the button with the list of communication channels and select the desired email or click the + button and select the Send message by email action.

The New Email window opens. Enter the subject and text of the email. If necessary, specify the email address to send a copy to. You can attach a file to the email by clicking the paperclip icon.
When everything is ready, click Submit .

Outgoing Emails
You’ll see an outgoing email in your timeline. You can open that email or schedule an event in that email, such as calling the client and discussing details.

Activity
Transactions made with an incoming email
You'll see an incoming email message on the timeline of the CRM entity form. You can open it, schedule an event, or mark it as read.
You can use the following actions on incoming email: reply, reply all, and forward. If you click the menu button, you can remove the email from CRM, mark it as spam, or delete it.
