human in the loop (this means that in certain cases, called “exceptions,” the system may require input from a human before proceeding)
machine learning (based on information received from a “human in the loop,” the system adapts to the changing environment by changing its behavior in similar situations in the future)
While RPA has been around since the early 1970s, SPA is a new technology that is just starting to gain momentum. And it will win!
