I used Otter.ai back when I worked for BuzzSumo. I’d interview customers about their experience with the product, their day-to-day activities, the biggest problems they faced, and the impact of industry changes on their business.

Often the conversations were long and free-flowing, so I’d use Otter.ai to transcribe and summarize the meeting. Then, I’d share takeaways with my team and search old transcripts for new content ideas. I also liked to grab the odd quote for marketing materials and blogs.
