We are continually developing our platform to meet the needs of our partners and support their growth. In the coming months, we will therefore work on optimizing the configurations of our SBCs (Service Border Controllers), which authorize and relay calls securely, in order to gain efficiency. In this way, we will provide our partners with an even more stable, scalable and easy-to-implement platform.
By becoming a telecom operator in France, we will also be able to reduce certain costs, particularly those relating to the allocation of telephone numbers, the management of incoming calls and the making of outgoing calls.
We also have various developments planned that will aim to improve our call routing management. While the standards in force in different countries cause an increase in additional costs applied to international calls, we aim to improve our algorithms in order to better direct traffic and thus reduce costs for our partners and their customers. This will also allow us to advise them on the best routes and to measure more precisely the impact of adding or excluding a specific destination in their routing.
A qualified electronic signature is accompanied by a specific certificate issued by a QTSP (Qualified Trusted Service Provider). This certificate proves that the signer has completed all the steps of the identity verification process before signing the document. The qualified electronic signature (QES) is most often used for high-value and high-risk documents and contracts. The extensive authentication process that allows a qualified signature to be generated makes it more expensive than other types of electronic signature. However, each step is carried out online and avoids the constraints and potential costs associated with a face-to-face signature.
Examples of documents: authentic acts, lawyers' acts, public procurement contracts, etc.
Qualified Electronic Signature via Sign: How does it work?
The Qualified Electronic Signature process may seem complex. But in reality, it is very simple! Via Sign and our partner Digidentity, the signer can authenticate using their smartphone and an identity document. The authentication technology extracts the necessary data from the identity document using the NFC chip, then performs advanced facial recognition via the smartphone camera, to ensure that the signer is the right person. A certificate is then issued to validate the authentication and signature of the document.
