Follow These Steps to Use WhatsApp Offline on iPhone:

Open WhatsApp: Launch the WhatsApp application on your iPhone.
Go to Settings: Tap on the "Settings" option located at the bottom right corner of the screen.
Account: Click on the "Account" tab.
Data Usage: Select the "Data Usage" option.
Disable Data Roaming: Toggle off the "Data Roaming" option. This will prevent WhatsApp from using your data connection when you are roaming internationally.
Enable Airplane Mode: Turn on Airplane Mode on you whatsapp number database iPhone. This will disable all wireless connections, including Wi-Fi and mobile data.
Open WhatsApp: Go back to the WhatsApp application. You will now be able to view your messages and send replies without using any data.
Turn Off Airplane Mode: When you want to reconnect to the internet, simply disable Airplane Mode on your iPhone.
Using WhatsApp Offline in Airplane Mode:
You can still access your chats and read messages when your device is in Airplane Mode.
