Go to your phone’s settings > Apps > WhatsApp > Storage > Clear Data.
Use a file manager to delete remaining folders under Internal Storage > WhatsApp.
On Android, also delete /Databases/ and /Backups/.
For added security, use a file shredder app that overwrites deleted data.
