Dashboard
The first report that appears is the Dashboard or Executive Report. This is a large, colorful report that gives you a visual overview of all the data regarding the newsletters you have sent over the last 12 months.
What can you learn from this?
The report presents graphical data in the form of columns, it also allows you to obtain precise values that appear when you place the cursor on the desired column. In the report you will find the following data:
Sent – How many emails were sent per month, with a distinction made between classic campaigns and so-called transactional ones (these are generally relational messages between your site and the customer, such as emails concerning technical problems or emails to subscribe/unsubscribe from your mailing list)
Bounce Rate or Non-Delivery Rate – How many emails came back with error messages
Open Rate – Measures how high the open rate is for your emails each month.
Click-through rate and response rate (CTO) – Shows how many people clicked on your campaigns and what percentage of campaigns sent generated clicks.
Unsubscribe Rate and Complaint Rate – Tells you how many people have unsubscribed or complained

What is the interest and scope of such data?
This data allows you to have an overview of the results as well as your strengths/weaknesses, which is why it is gathered under the name “dashboard”. You can thus observe the increases and decreases in popularity of your emails based on the opening rate of your contacts, their interactions, complaints and unsubscribe rates, and draw appropriate conclusions on the steps to take for the future of your campaigns and your marketing strategy.
In the graph below, you have access to the number of active or inactive contacts each month and you can even export this data to an Excel document. If you want to see trends over shorter periods, you can click on the box on the right and change the display according to the desired period: last week, last month, last three months, etc.
