You need to set up a new user

You need to sign up for a free Amazon Web Services account
When setting up your AWS account, you need to enter your contact lebanon phone number information and other details.
After you create your AWS account, you need to set up your users. This will provide you with the access key you will need later.
To do this, you need to open the Amazon Web Services user page. In this page, you need to click on the "Create User" button.
Click the Create User button
Next, you need to set up a new user. In the Username field, you can add any name, but we recommend using the yourdomain_wpmailsmtp format.
This will be useful if you create additional users for other websites in the future. You can tell at a glance which website each user belongs to and which WP Mail SMTP plugin uses it.
Once completed, you can click the "Next" button at the bottom of the screen.
The Set Permissions screen will appear. You need to click on the third option "Attach conditions directly".
You will now see the Set Permissions screen
Then enter "AmazonSESFullAccess" in the search bar to filter the list. There should only be one condition listed, and make sure you click the checkbox to the left of that condition.
You don't need to change any settings on the Add Tags page, just click the Next button to get to the review and create pages.
At this point, you can see all the details selected for this user. If everything looks correct, just click the "Create User" button.

You will now see a message indicating that the user was successfully created.
