Choosing an order on WooCommerce's Orders page

To do this, simply go to WooCommerce » Orders . You will now see that there are “Status” and “Tracking” columns in your orders list.
Then select an order to which you want to add the tracking number. In this example, order number 101 is used.
Alternatively, you can click the Add Order button above if you are entering a customer order manually.
After that, you will see a “Tracking” section on the right side of the order page. Click the “Add Tracking Information” button .

A window will now appear on the right side of the order page. You new zealand email list can enter the relevant information in the Tracking Number, Shipping Carrier and Shipping Date fields.
If the order has been shipped, just check the "Completed" or "Shipped" box. Otherwise, you can leave it as is.

If you have checked the "Completed" or "Shipped" box, clicking the "Complete Order" button will automatically send an email notification to the customer. The email will include a link to track the shipment.
In some cases, you may not want to check the “Completed” or “Shipped” box because the package has not been shipped yet.
In this case, if you want to send the customer an email notification that their order has been delivered, simply go back to the same order.
Then, in the Order Details section, click the Status dropdown and change it to Completed or Shipped. Then, in the Order Actions section, click the Update button.
